Unfortunately, yes. With a lot of the earlier issues, it is not uncommon to find stamps that are off centre. They are worth quite a bit less than a well centered stamp.
A magnifying glass is useful, but it is also nice to scan a page and look at them on your computer screen. Then Vicki's head can be enlarged to life size.
