I was so happy to find a nice fishing net stamp in a covers bargain box that I ignored the nagging feeling that I had seen it before.

The FDC was addressed to an "avid stamp collector" and US Army WW2 vet who passed in 2017, and was presumably published by (or sold thru) the NORSK FILATELISTISK TIDSSKRIFT (which gTranslated to NORWEGIAN FILATELISTIC MAGAZINE).

Probably the best part of this cover is that very pretty multi-fish-hook killer, thought that line-drawn line-fishing cachet ain't half bad.
