Scott general does not list the issues with green striped control marks issued in 1941 on.
I know that in many cases this makes a big difference in value.
Also thick & thin paper makes a difference.

Does someone have a specialized listing they can scan & send me of this group.
Spanish/French is not an issue.
Thank You

Sounds like a highly specialised area of study . Is there any interest outside of Brazil ? You may want to find a study group or a club that has a interest in Brazil .

I took a look at my old SG South America catalogue. Whilst it refers to some values/watermark varieties having the control lines, it doesn't, unhelpfully, say which!

Anyone who collects Brazil is aware of these control marks.
So it is far from being specialized like dies or minor colors.
They are valued here

#552 in Scott is $1.10 with control mark
$1600 without it

Actually it is somewhat surprising that Scott would only give this a passing comment in their SA Specialized Catalog

Here are scans of my 2008 RHM catalog, p 129 - 132. IF I am reading this correctly (My Portuguese is virtually non-existent) this should give you the relative values of the stamps with and without control marks/ paper and wmk. Of course the currency is Brazilian.
I hope this is what you are looking for.
Dan

Experienced stamps need a home too. I'd rather have an example that is imperfect than no example.
I collect for enjoyment, not investment.
