Scott general does not list the issues with green striped control marks issued in 1941 on. I know that in many cases this makes a big difference in value. Also thick & thin paper makes a difference.

Sounds like a highly specialised area of study . Is there any interest outside of Brazil ? You may want to find a study group or a club that has a interest in Brazil .
I took a look at my old SG South America catalogue. Whilst it refers to some values/watermark varieties having the control lines, it doesn't, unhelpfully, say which!
Here are scans of my 2008 RHM catalog, p 129 - 132. IF I am reading this correctly (My Portuguese is virtually non-existent) this should give you the relative values of the stamps with and without control marks/ paper and wmk. Of course the currency is Brazilian. I hope this is what you are looking for. Dan
