I can't seem to find these in the Scott guide. Any help is appreciated.

The Dominican Republic stamps are a postage due (Scot J1 or J5, depending on presence of watermark), and an official stamp (Scott O12). The Ecuador is a revenue; not Scott listed.

It is not listed in Scott but is listed in Minkus 1980 and Stanley Gibbons 1980

The Minkus Catalog values are the 1980 values.
