A severe thunderstorm rolled through our town and knocked power out to a few thousand people (myself included). With no power, and nothing to do, I opted to go to bed at 7:30. However, the battery was low on my cell phone, and with no way to charge it, anxiety set in as I worried about it dying before my alarm sounded at 3:00am - leading to a night of fitful sleep.

During one dream I dreamed actor Rob Lowe brought a cache of 1869 Pictorial covers to me for assessment. I was dismayed to find the array of covers were all faked by placing used 1869s on non-contemporaneous covers (mostly from the 1950s). He left the covers with me and told me to call him after a more formal analysis.

Sadly, I seem to have misplaced Mr Lowe's number. Now if only I could figure out what I did with those covers ...

That's as weird as my having a dream this morning of trying to do a calculus problem.

I hope that one never is a DirectTV commercial. "I'm Rob Lowe, and I have DirectTV. I'm Philatelist Rob Lowe, and I have cable."

Yeah, I was thinking was it "normal" Rob Lowe or "skinny arms" Rob Lowe?

You know, I've often heard that we are everyone in our dreams. They are all an extension of us. What does that say or our friend Rileysan. Is he really that charming? or just acting?

Whoa! This thread is really getting metaphysical.

The more I read this thread, the more bewildered I became. Then I just moved on.
