None of the major catalogues list Belgian revenue stamps. The stamp is too new for the Forbin catalogue (and those values would be 100 years old by now, in any event).

Cjd, The reason I asked is because I want to give it to you for all the help you've been, but, of course, I wanted to make sure I'm not giving away the inverted Jenny. :) You mentioned yours are cut along the bottom. If you want to send a SASE I can mail it to you.

I appreciate the offer, but I'm just happy to help when I have time. Hold on to it until you've figured out exactly what it is.

The ones with which I'm familiar have a bilingual strip running between the top and bottom halves, saying Belgique Taxes Fiscales * Belgie Fiscale Taxen. You can easily find them together, uncut, but they are more common as cut halves (at least where I shop).
