hi every one,
i could use some help evaluating this stamp.
its kind of a 2 in 1
its the postage due 10 cent and the frame print is of the 15 cent regular king vitro stamp (even though the 15 cent is blue, in here you can see the frame is almost black)

does anyone know something about this one?

i'v just learnd what speciman is, so printer's waste is something that should go to my waste as well?

That variety is listed in the Sassone Antiche Stati Italiani catalog. It is described as a machine test (prove di macchina) in black or blue sometimes overprinting the 10 centesimi postage due or on the back of the postage due. The catalog states that they are of interest but "very modest value" (valore molto modesti).

Hi Horamakhet -
"Student" might be a bit strong. No formal education, but I have read some of the ancient texts (translated to English) and enjoy visiting the ancient archeological sites when I'm in Rome.
