Got the answer from the buyer and he state that his bank made a mistake. I screen shooted that message with positive feedback screenshot and sent it to Paypal. No answer from the Paypal and soon the buyer could get a refund from them. And Yes it is the horror story when someone get item and say it but can get the money back too.Maybe not the horror, but criminal activity.People go in the jail because of that. Its a shame that sh??Bay doesnt have any real alternative.Feedback abuse, not recived abuse....I hope people will take more and more legal actions against them and that EU parlament cut their wings with some better legal solutions in the European Union.

Sometimes sellers just have to accept the loss in these cases. Just block the bidder is about the most anyone can do. The system needs more policing to stop this online criminal activity.
