Thanks to all of you for the heads up. I have a small collection of REAL Penny Blacks, and 2 Penny Blues with my initials on the bottom. I was not aware this junk even existed as I had never seen it before. The only related things I buy are commemorative issues like the 175 anniversary of the Penny Black being issued by British Royal Mail in May.
