Look at this pair of the 1c EVII. Despite the very apparent guideline, it is quite misaligned. May be the plate set-up employee was recovering from a party....Is this what we can call a jump pair?

Ya, it is off center..It happen to me more than once when I was burning a plate in printing class in high school.

Nice, but doesn't the term "jump pair" refer only to coil stamps?
