I like to look at the stamps under black light for any hidden images and with my 2015 China lunar goat stamp I saw something neat.
The red ink glowed and the serial number on the sheet but not on the booklet. I'm still waiting on the larger sheet in the mail to check it out.
Strange the booklet isn't serialed but the small sheet is. Anyone else looked at similar stamps under black light?
