I've lived in Germany for over 24 years and began collecting all Germany stamps (pre-war, post-war, 3rd Reich, DM, and DDR). @ARTFUL --- look at the POST COUNT. Brand new members don't have access to board email functions.

I know they can't send emails to other members, but can't they receive emails? I seem to remember some other low-post members that I was able to email, although I might be mis-remembering.
