China Airmail Junker Issue 73 On 25. Help With ID Please.

Hello. Anyone know if this is the first junker issue or third? The Hobbyzine website had both listed with the 1st junk issue high value and the 3rd low. The only difference between the two I see is the positioning of the surcharges. Any help would be great. Thanks!

Nobody knows until you tell them if it has a watermark or not and the perforation .

The secret mark looks like it is a 1940-41 issue and not a perf 14 .

Ok. Looks to measure 13 all around and I m not sure but almost looks to have a flower type watermark when held in light. Maybe its just weird shadowing?
