Exciting news today! As a result of yesterday's record sale price, a former T&T postal worker has revealed that she secretly removed the selvage from one of the withdrawn sheets. The postal worker was only willing to reveal a tiny portion of the selvage for verification purposes, however experts who are familiar with this stamp immediately verified its authenticity.

The postal worker has not yet decided how to dispose of her treasure.

If the un-shown selvage portion contains the marginal inscription SAILFISH SELEBRATION 2011 then we're really talking money.

I have one question that nobody seems to have asked or answered: IS THIS AN APRIL FOOL'S STORY OR A REAL STORY?

not necessarily, strange things happen sometimes when dealing with philatelic agency. And the initial post was March 31 not April 1. How many people do April Fool's jokes on days other than April 1?
