Here are what I believe to be Spanish Local post issues that I picked up in a box lot at a club auction. There truly were some interesting oddities in this lot and you should be seeing more of them as I work through them. Incidentally, if interested these are available for trade.

Interesting. If I'm not mistaken, a lot of these came out of the Spanish Civil War, when due to territory changing hands back and forth, most cities just issued their own locals.

Montcada I Reixac belongs to the Vallès Occidental region within the scope of the metropolitan area of Barcelona.

I'm not that read up on Spain but I found your stamps iteresting indeed.
