I came across this in a "10 for $1" box at a flea market this past weekend. I seem to recall an article in Linn's or the AP a while back about the 7c Franklin used during the roughly 3-month period where it met the correct rate. I would like to hear your opinions/advise on whether this "a find" or a nice start to a small rate collection or just... meh. Thanks!
