You have a mix of mostly what is sometimes referred to as Russian area stamps, but also includes other non-Russian areas.

Represented in your batch (but not limited to): Russia, Siberia, Russian offices, Ukraine, Belarus, Armenia, Austria...

Brian, if you mean "valuable" when you write "interesting" then, no is the answer. However they're all of a bit of historical interest and not worth getting rid of IMHO. Also included are Azerbaijan (bottom right), a few Georgia and a Central Lithuania 50f postage due (small claret one in the middle).

From left to right, top to bottom.
Your first four stamps are Russian Revenue. Need specialized catalogue for that. Next one "Doplatit" stamp is CZECHOSLOVAKIA postage due. Last four stamps in the first row are Russian Offices in Turkish Empire (some may worth a dollar or two). Second row are all Ukrainian stamps except third one from the right which is from Georgia (country not the state). Third row - Azerbaijan, three Ukraine, one Austria, two Armenia. Forth row - three Russian offices in Turkey (ROT), one Russia, two Far Eastern Republic, one Ukraine, one Belarus, one Latvia. Fifth row - three Belarus, one Central Lithuania, one Russian Offices in Turkey, one Russia, one Ukraine. Sixth row - one ROT, one Can't See, two ROT, one Can't Sea, three Siberia, Seventh row - two Armenia, three Ukraine, one Russia Revenue (charity), one Can't See, one Ukraine. Last row - three Ukraine, Azerbaijan, three Austria, one Ukraine. Probably would worth $1 to $10 on ebay.
