rogdcam. I agree with pricing of US stamps and others, where a repaired item or slight fault would convince many to keep searching for a better unadulterated copy at the same price. However, in this case, this is possibly unique with the only other two known items punctured with OS, and one of those in the Australian Royal Collection. (I would still like to see a good scan of those to see the quality of the double print ...)
So my goal in getting it repaired was only to make it a more presentable piece for my collection. Someday it may be sold, and we'll let the market decide on the right price. Until then, I'll keep searching for its twin and hope that I am the one to find it before someone else does ...
