Well, it's the 1892 stamp, but I guess you knew that. Imperf pair perhaps? The print quality looks poor.

The print quality is not as bad as it looks. I'm learning how to do the scanning thing. It has no gum and it has a stain (visible in the scan). It may also be a fake. Thanks for your reply.

In South America one comes across a lot of printer's waste, have no answer why. This looks like it could be printers waste.

Hi Jerry. Thanks for your input. The idea of "waste" is not exactly what I wanted to hear. LOL. I was hoping it would be worth maybe $1,000,000. Thanks also to Ringo for responding.

ronv, the use of the term "printer's waste" in a philatetic context usually refers to a partial sheet or other scrap that was secreted out of the Printing faciality.
