I am currently working on filling spaces in my Russia collection. I have been buying on ebay and from one US dealer via his website (Loral Stamps). I have checked out the APS dealer listings but for most I can find under 'Russia' as a specialty it is just one of several. Most of these are unfamiliar to me.

I am wondering if anyone on here has had dealings with someone selling in this area that you could recommend?

Check out http://www.raritanstamps.com/.

The only other dealer specializing in Russian stamps that I am aware of is Peter Gutter of "Gutter Pairs", in Carson City, NV. But he does not seem to have much of an online presence. He does come to many stamp shows in the Western US, including SEAPEX this coming Sept 11-13.
