e-rock-in - O.T. stands for Obchodní tiskopis = Business Printed Matter at a special rate of 10 h per 50 g (maximum 300 g) for at least 100 000 mailings posted by a business per year.

For rates see 1/80 (bottom of the chart), for specimens see 68/80, 79/80 and 80/80 of the exhibit on http://www.exponet.info/exhibit.php...D=116&lng=CZ

Interesting perforations on that stamp--like a vertical coil. I don't have a catalog handy, but is that issue known to be privately perforated?

The issue was imperforate, so all perforations are private or added to attract collectors.
