The third stamp is MiNr 318 A P HT. The base stamp is 318, "A" denotes perforation, "P" denotes plate printing, "HT" denotes the "sprung rosette" error. "Sprung" means "crack" in German.

The first stamp also has a sprung rosette in a slightly different location, but it's not listed in Michel. There are so many plate flaws on these issues that there are entire books listing them. Michel only lists a few major ones.
It's also possible the first and second stamps could be MiNr 318 A P KT. "KT" denotes a repaired plate to close the "sprung rosette". I'd need a much higher-res scan to make that determination, though.
