it looks like a cut-square from a stationery envelope... or possibly a machine stamp?

it is from thailand (or neighbourhood) I suppose... letters look like thai alphabet, and dancer/player looks like a classical thai dancer...

The letters could pass for Hebrew but mean absolutely nothing - just a bunch of gobbledygook.

I can tell you this stamp does not appear to be from Israel or have any Jewish connection.

No connection? I took one look at that cap and thought "Srulik"!
