I have added to my pre-1900 Empire State Postal History blog some information about Dannemora, NY, site of the Clinton Correctional Facility that recently had 2 prisoners escape.

I have added a short piece to my 19th Century New York State Postal History about the 1897 & 1898 McKinley Summer White House at Hotel Champlain in northern NY.
