hallo, I think first stamp is 220a? the last stamp is question at issue 220b?







what do you make of this stamp, 220b?

The bottom stamp is not a "220b", which does not exist as a listing in my catalog (2013) In any case it is not a cap on right, just a bit of overinking plus an optical illusion caused by the cancel.

Those cancels. I have one like that. The cancel makes the stamp appear to have a "cap on right 2".

Looking at it all blown-up and fuzzy looking like this I believe I have a "stocking cap" variety....

Thanks to community member @rlsny, who thoughtfully sold the stamps as a group, I was able to prepare this page today. Page editing in MS-PowerPoint, inkjet printed on Neenah Exact Vellum 67 lb. The side margins are asymmetrical to permit 3-hole punching on the left.
