I dont know if this helps. The cancel is from Gulyaj-Pole in what looks like Yekaterinburg or Yekaterinburg's region . The name is not common for a town, but common for naming places like restaurants. It seems to me like it is a area of the city itself.

I only have Scott Standard catalouge to refer to, and I see that this is scott #268 since these stamps are imperforated. The note under the listing says that there were three printings of this stamp varying in size of a red frame, but it does not elaborate any further. These stamps were also issued perforated. This is all I know. O, one more thing, it also said that forgeries exist for this inexpensive stamp.

It's said that there are more forgeries than genuine stamps.
