Hi guys...haha..one more time..Does this look like a re-entry..sorry to bother you guys with these posts...Was looking at the DOUBLE line outside the portrait.
I checked my copies all had two lines. I think these are normal. Some copies did not show the fine lines as well as others probably due to ink not taking well in the fine lines.
