Recently purchased, dealer did not identify.
Originally thought it was by Virgil Crow, but more detailed observation makes me think, probably not.
N I M = not in Mellone's catalog.
A printed cachet, back blank, colors: black, blue and red.
Any help in cachet maker's identification would be appreciated.

Produced by Virgil Crow. One design for the issue. Not listed in Mellone's 1960's catalog.
