I posted a postcard in "your self designed album pages" from Pardubitz
(Austrio-Hungary empire),now Pardubice in Czech Republic. The postmark is dated Nov 2, 1910 on a 5h Franz Joseph.
florian questioned the rate because he had similar postcards to foreign countries posted with 10h stamps. I never quesionted the rate when I posted the postcard, (bad philately!), but after checking thru my collection, I found cause to be confused about what exactly the rate should have been.
Below is the postcard I posted and also the message/address side.
I have also posted two postcards also mailed from Czech territories during the same year which have different rates.
Can anyone give us the official word?

The first two items are Printed Matter / Imprimé mailings benefiting from reduced rates because not containing more than a 5-word message of conventional character besides the addresses of the addressee and the sender. These were postcards widely exchanged by Esperanto enthusiasts then.

The last one is a standard postcard (the third in a series as the writer says) containing a sister-to-brother report (following a letter) on their mother's recovery from an illness.
