So is this a Civil or a Criminal Lawsuit? Seems like a Civil Lawsuit since it's filed by a non-governmental entity.

I think as stamp collectors we all know that ebay practices an organized, enterprise level of ignorance for the sake of revenues. Some of the stuff that goes on is laughable...

If ebay had a stronger legal team perhaps they would have seen the RICO potential and cautioned against certain policy changes, some of which over the recent years have set the stage for proliferation and sale of said merchandise.

I still love shopping on ebay. Have been doing it nearly 25 years, but wow it has become more dangerous lately at least with stamps.

ebay used to be such as great place for buying and selling stamps. But many mean buyers and sellers introduced themselves on ebay, and in doing so, many of the good sellers left.

I'd say it's pretty tough to find those fun little auctions on ebay anymore where you could bid and get a nice deal on a good stamp or cover.

Yes, I miss the ebay of the late 1990s-early 2000. It was a great place to find treasures of almost any sort until ebay forced out the small or infrequent seller with practices and policies the favored big time listers.
