I was wondering if the right stamp is a reprint. It's not mentioned in Scott, but a lot of issues from that time period have reprints.

I contact the best China Certificater in Europa Mr. Haverman and copy his answer:

"Regarding the 1952 stamp: It is not a different color, but a stronger red-brown shade, which I also have in my collection, as I show you with an attached picture. Though, during the printing process, some stamps change a bit in color until the end of the printing process. The lighter stamps – especially if the color "red" is somehow involved – often became lighter, because the color RED disappears more or less. This for instance is often seen at stamps of Michel Number: 77-81 or 330 -334.

The color-differences are an interesting subject to collect. I keep them in my collection. But so far they are a result of a continuously done printing process, they are not separately mentioned in the catalogue.

From this different is for instance Mi.Nr. 396 and 397, where we clearly ca differ two groups of stamps: Those with dark blue and light blue, and those with green and light-green.

Best Regards!

I guess that gives a viable reason. It is a color variety due to an inking specification change for a later printing. A color variety but not an error. Depending on the printing quantity & duration for this specification the rarity (or supply available) would determine how it's valued by collectors with relation to the original printing specification.
