Below is a photo of a used tete beche Israel Scott 19 1949-50 perf 11 1/2 14 unwatermarked 10 p green. I have been informed that it is unusual for these tete- beche stamps to find their way into a postal system. As viewed, this pair of horizontal stamps it appears to have two cancellations markings that appears genuine.

Does anyone know if these are considered valuable stamps due to being cancelled tete beche or is this common printing with the panes for this specific stamp being a pair?

I wasn't around in those days, but it is my understanding that these Tete-Beche sheets have always been available to collectors as well as being broken up for making into booklets.
Here in Israel, used pairs can be purchased far more cheaply than Mint.
Those with gutters [Plain, Lined or mesh] are worth more.
