I respectfully request anyone's assistance with identifying the Scott # for the below pictured stamps...

Not sure whether this one is in Scott Cats, but I do hope someone can enlighten me on this one...

Your kind assistance with the above request will be greatly appreciated.

Regards,

Is this the stamp in question: http://www.bing.com/images/search?q...A&ajaxhist=0

If so, the Scott's # is 466a .... described as President Vargas Perf 11, Sheet of 10, Issued in commemoration of Constitution of Brasil set up by President Vargas Nov 10, 1937. Sheet size: 113x135 1/2 mm.

The sheet is #466; the single is #466a

The second stamp has me a little baffled. It's a fiscal stamp of some kind, from around the turn of the last century before the orthography changed (Brazil to Brasil.) I've never seen the 'blank' top portion before, though I'm no expert.

The blank top portion was, at least in the Netherlands used to write information like the date or other important items!
