Sg43 Plate 89 Plate Flaw?

Can anybody help advise if the upper right hand D is a known plate flaw for plate 89 please?

Strange to report but both the plates either side of your Plate 89 (88 and 90 of course) are known to have had repairs to the lettering.
Plate 89 is known to have been hardened before printing as was normal but that hardening was not a great success so the probabilities are that your stamp has a burr or blemish mark due to wear and tear

thought so but was worth checking first, many thanks again, im having real trouble trying to find online sources to red stars plating so may well bug you with a few of those for advice soon lol
