What do you think about that?
Thank you !

Very likely a forgery, as "a small book would be needed to describe in detail the more than 100 or so counterfeits of the first two Tuscany issues." F. Serrane, "The Serrane Guide, Stamp Forgeries of the World to 1926," Pennsylvania, 1998 (English translation of original published in 1927 and 1929), p. 196. Your first step is to perform a watermark test and report what you find. If none, forgery. If present and correct, you may have hit the jackpot.

Unfortunately it is a forgery. There are many key points missing + the margins are too big (they were printed very close to each other, and is hard to find a nice 4 margin example).
To compare with the original, there is an excellent link for all Italian states:

Not all the fakes are present, but if you get all the main traits rights, it is probably an original and better send it to an expert to get a certificat.

Thank you for the answers ! You are very kind and helpful.
So, you are not sure if the stamp is a modern reproduction or not, and if it is not a modern forgerie, it still could have any value? What do you think about the cancellation?
Regards !
Ernest.

Yes, some forgeries have value. You will need an expert in this field to examine it in order to determine (if possible) who created this one. As for the cancellation - it is also a forgery. If you're going to create a rare stamp, you might as well make a great looking cancellation too!
