If you are asking about the RIPAEX label, it is one of a set of three (green, purple and red) produced by the club, all imperf and gummed.

Looks like your cover was posted about ten days after it was over.

Ok I guess these dont get a number like regular stamps, I got it with a collection I bought, I like getting something I havent seen before.
