I am starting to learn about precancels. The below stamp appears to show the spelling Illinois incorrect. Instead of a letter "o", shown has a letter "u". Do errors make it more in demand among collectors?..Is it common with the Chicago Illinois Bureau stamps? Thank you for any information expressed in advance.

Not if its just a lack of ink on the cancel, some of them have so much ink gone you can barely read them

Very common, and not a bureau print, it was overprinted locally in Chicago.

Blazenstar, an error would make it more valuable. This however is not considered an error, just under inking.

Thank you all so much. Good to know it truly doesn't make a difference with the ink in this manner. Have a great night!
