Stampolatopus, have you tried www.stampworld.com
Maybe you need to make a note of that place, they list every country and are much more up to date than Scott.

No 1 is a 30 fen stamp of the puppet regime of Manchukuo issued 4th Dec 1936 and depicting the Chengte Palace in Jehol.

No 2 are not from the same set. The 8000 and 10000 are litho from the Shanghai Commercial Press Jan 1950. The 500 is also lithoed in Shanghai, but at the East China Revenue Office in Dec 1950.
