I don't have any countries that "I wish to collect"... if I am interested in a country I simply start collecting it! I am selective in what I collect because I collect in depth. The big blue albums don't work for me because there are too many missing issues. Scott Specialized albums are getting more and more like that... too many missing issues. With Steiner pages it is easy to add items he is missing.
