This has a major mistake. The Bureau did NOT print revenue stamps from 1862, they were printed by Butler & Carpenter, NBN, ABNCO, and the Continental Bank Note Co. The Bureau did not start printing revenues until the late 1870's for taxpaids and October of 1880 for the Scott listed revenues.
