Does anyone have a catalogue specialising in Puerto Rico?
The first stamp has an obvious problem with the date, so was wondering if it is a recurring problem or something special.

Hello Codex

this is a lovely cover, especially with the red London transit canellation. The flaw looks like a one-off, maybe a bit of foreign matter got between the plate and the ink? Unless it can repeat itself in the same place on different sheets (i.e. it is a plate flaw) then it's a one-off. I am happy to be corrected. T
