I have been getting complaints from the U.K and Singapore mostly.

That is odd- I have NEVER had any issue with mail going missing to the UK.

If these went missing all about the same time, did you mail them in the same batch? My first suspicion would fall on some issue at your local postal location. Have you reported this to them?

I once had 4 items (sent in envelopes) not delivered and after a few months I refunded everyone. Six months later all 4 items were delivered without any explanation for the delay and all buyers repaid. I think they were somehow "lost" in my local post office and finally mailed when "found". I doubt my post office would have been aware of the problem had I checked with them about all the non-deliveries, but it wouldn't hurt to check in any case.

Strange stuff can happen at local post office. This is not quite the same thing but it may illustrate. Some years back I subscribed to Canada Stamp News then didn't get most of the issues. I would miss 2-3 then email them and they'd mail the missing ones under cover- those always got through. I wound up filing a complaint with the local carrier office- they got irate with me- the clerk slammed down the window on me and I left.

Two days later four copies I was missing turned up in my mailbox. It seems they considered foreign periodicals as fourth class mail, same as advertising circulars and if they had time and space to deliver them they would if not I guess they tossed them. I was told this by someone familiar with that situation whom I met on another stamp board. Fantastic, but apparently true. I'd turn up the heat on your local PO as having these all go missing about the same time indicates postal malfunction.

File your written complaints at the national level ... written, national, only.

Keep your sentences short & to the point.

As the complaint filters down, it will be counted.

Again, and again.

And, as the complaints are counted, they are passed down a chain, and each person in the chain gets to worry about being asked about the complaint, again, by the person who passed it down to them.
