Tell me...what country(s) do not have planned and unissued stamps for it.
are they then to be considered "stickers" also?
Virtually
every country in the world has them and they are highly prized by many collectors.
So I ask...what is the difference. does the country you collect have some special priority simply because
1.)The printer was not Format but Fournier or Cartor or....?
2.) The country you collect is special privileged to make mistakes or reject an issue making it a more valuable "sticker" because
you condone it?
Come on. The $4 elvis stamp was simply produced but never issued. Found in the archive and purchased by Bileski. So now you want to cut down
1.)One who was one of the biggest dealers in Canada.
2.) One who was considered one of the greatest Philatelists in the world namely Robson Lowe.
You really have to think about what you are saying.

And it has
nothing to do with the forgeries. Again...you,you,you. How about the subject of the thread.
sure doing a lot of looking at what I sell.
Do you see any of the issues that are forged that
I sell?
I can see you are really trying to find some.
Oh that's right...I do have
all of the St. Lucia butterflies color proof panes that still exist.
Here's a picture of the fake inverts that a bunch are buying.

Sorry, I don't have them. You'll have to get them from some other seller. Or you could buy the normal or imperfs but...you might get the fakes so better really look....
Uh-oh another set just went down effecting Butterfly collectors, St. Lucia collectors, error collectors, worldwide collectors and the dreaded LOTW collectors that errr....don't exist.
