He advises that interested people download the pages in case the web site disappears.
So, you will have seen that fake Heligoland stamps are reasonably rare. It is the ones with fake cancels that are troublesome. So, go for a MINT stamp if you want a real stamp... it will most likely be one of the reprints... but the reprints are not fakes.
