I have received a extensive stamp collection. Over a yr ago. I'm getting low on funds and should have prepared better. Long story short. I would like to sell some of my stamps to keep my head above water. But not all as I'm interested In having this as a hobby and would like to go through the stamps myself to find any treasure s I may have. I'm trying to Avoid any desperate decisions. And thought this site would be the most honest advice I could get. I'm posting some pics of some stamps I decided to part with first. I figured my best bet would to post the postage due, special deliverys on ebay as a lot. And the Israel ones as a seperate lot. Any pros /cons? Idea of what I might get? I have over 10,000 pre 1955 stamps. Over various conutrys. I have pre 1900 from many counrtys as well. I also have 5x more special delivery, postage due stamps if not 10 x more. Any advice for me to receive a little finicial panic relieve?

Sorry but selling these stamps is not the answer to your financial woes.

I would only sell whole albums if you can go through and make sure there are no real valuable stamps first but from looking at the pictures you just posted it doesnt look like anyone ws investing money in the key better stamps. So find what you think is valuable and put a picture.

Please show the oldest ones. There are very few post-1930 used stamps worth more than 30 cents.

US first. I think that if you live in the Us, then us stamps first.

If I were in your position I would focus entirely on attending to my sustainable cash flow before anything else. None of the items posted from the collection shown in the various threads have significant value. Best of luck.

rubblekrats..I would also suggest if possible to get copy and read Linn's Stamp News Magazine. It is a very popular Stamp magazine. Although mostly mint stamps, but you get an idea what is being sold in different areas.

Can you show some pre-1900 US? I can only assess the US stamps you've shown so far, and I see none of significant value there. The ones you've shown in the largest quantities are naturally going to be the ones least in demand by collectors and dealers.
