My local stamp dealer (Roy) has 5 of these triangulars sitting on his front desk, unable to identify them. Unusually, I am stumped as well :-/ Can anyone help from this example? The text in the centre is largely religious, but who issued them? Are they postage stamps, officials or cinderellas?

Here's a green one, 1 denomination of currency and a red one, 75 denominations of what is probably a fraction of the green currency. I took the photo on my phone so it isn't as clear as a scan.
