I've come across a set of PNG revenues I am having trouble identifying. I don't have them in hand, so I am going by memory (which is fuzzy). There are about 12-15 stamps in the set with face values to $10. In black here is Stamp Duty (might be in all caps) in an arc at the top with the value at the bottom (bottom right?). They are all on a small bird stamp with a greenish background. Next to the set there was a label with 1961 penciled on it, which I assume is supposed to be the year. The owner looked in Barefoot and they were not there (not for 1961 or any other year), but I don't know what year their catalog is, so I don't know if it is current. Can anyone help with an identification and/or suggest a retail or wholesale value?
