Even though I have collected Vermont Pictorial Cancels for over 30 years, once in a while, I discover one that seems to have slipped under the radar and no one in Vermont philatelic circles has heard about. I just picked this up from
ebay. Perhaps some one has it in their collection already? I contacted the Montpelier OIC to see what she might have in the files, but 14 years is a long time to keep such information.
