Please Help Identify People's Republic Of China Stamp

I don't have a copy of the Scott catalog volume covering the PRC but was able to attribute this to the PRC because the stamp's image is shown in the 2014 volume 4 Scott in the Illustrated Identifier section.

I was unable to find it in stampworld nor in the collect + connect site whose name must not be spoken.

I would greatly appreciate knowing the Scott #.

I would say that in Scott it is listed under the Peoples Republic of China, East China, Liberation Area #5L60

On Stampworld you would have found it here
