Not sure guys, does this look like a double print or (double impression)?

Ciletaliph, I am not sure where you see the double impression, but I see a nice engravers scratch in the upper left hand corner. Is that what you are referring to?

No. These are ultra common stamps (21 mil, EKU of Oct. 8, 1941) with no known examples of what you are hypothesizing.

Some other fun facts according to NSSC 2016 Catalog (which I highly recommend buying):

There are two color varieties, though: "Blue" and "Bright Blue" (same value though and impossible to discern IMHO).

And four different perforations.

mint worth $1 (at best) for the common perf of 12.50 x 12.50 (maybe up to $10 for the uncommon ones).
used worth $1 (at best)--cover same.

if you want to invest your time at looking at these cheapy ladies (with respect to collectors and princess elizabeth--I have like 100), look for an inverted watermark : those would be worth $30 or so !

I think that this is a Slip Print. The edges where the duplication appears to be is too fuzzy and not sharp. If the doubled line was a line and not a fuzzy area, I would then tend towards double print/re-entry.
